General & Payment:

Refunds:

× Prices are in USD. I accept Paypal only, and I will send you an invoice.× I only accept split payments for commissions $200 and up.× Not to be used commercially or reproduced unless discussed beforehand. There will be a commercial-use fee. This includes using the art as promotional images on business accounts, streaming or video assets, etc.× Personal use (personal prints, personal website/soc media deco, etc.) is OK.× I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, as well as use the finished pieces for my portfolio or website. All OC credits will be given to you, of course. Please let me know beforehand if you would like this to be a private, unpublished commission.× I do not work from text only description, moodboard only, etc. Please have clear references for your characters. If requesting a custom, please do not send me images of existing OCs belonging to others to work from, thank you.

× Full refunds will only be issued prior to the start of work.× Partial refunds (1/2 of cost) will be issued if sketch has been started/completed.× Refunds will NOT be given once I start lining. Please make sure you 100% approve of your sketch beforehand.× If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Revisions:

× I allow revisions/detail changes during the sketch stage only. 1 Major pose revision during this stage is OK if needed, but once the sketch is approved, major revisions cannot be made.× Minor changes are OK during the line art stage. (i.e. adding small missed details, or tweaking of an expression) PLEASE make sure you are 100% OK with the lineart before giving me the go ahead to start on coloring.× During coloring, adjustments to palette are okay during the flats stage only. I will not be making color adjustments once the rendering process begins so please let me know asap if the colors are not to your liking. I only colorpick to get the base colors but I will make adjustments to suit my style.× Anything I deem as an excessive number of changes or huge changes will either be declined or incur a fee.

Deadlines & Delivery:

× Please allow me 1-10 weeks to complete your commission. I am generally pretty quick, but sometimes things pop up. Please reach out if you have any questions about my progress on your piece.× Please let me know in your initial inquiry if there is a deadline. A Rush Fee may be added if there is a queue ahead of you.× Commission files will be a high quality 350dpi PNG, (and a transparent PNG where applicable.) I will also send a compressed version for upload when applicable.× Timelapses are available upon request only. Please let me know ahead of time in your order form.
